Newberry Police
Phyllis Ann Ruff, 55, shoplifting, value $2,000 or less
John Russell Hawkins, 27, swindling.
Marcus Allen Hall, 19, forgery, value less than $10,000.
Newberry County Sheriff’s Office
Joel Pressley Phelps, 46, driving under suspension, driving vehicle at greater speed than is reasonable under conditions.
Brenda Jean Wright, 50, second offense fraudulent check, or stop payment, $500 or less.
Xavious Tyshawn Robinson, 19, second degree burglary and two counts of petit or simple larceny.
Desmond Alonzo Coleman, 16, six counts of second degree burglary.
Whitmire Police
Clifton Dewayne Etheredge, 34, driving under suspension.
