WEST COLUMBIA — Become a barbecue cooking professional with a Carolina Outdoor Cooking Barbecue.
This one-day class will be led by award-winning Pit Masters who will teach the techniques and art of preparing and cooking barbecue favorites, including Carolina pulled pork, Texas beef brisket, Memphis pork ribs and smoked chicken.
The class will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Exhibition Kitchen at the State Farmers Market in West Columbia.
The class costs $250 a person and includes lunch and all day barbecue samplings.
