Sherwin Levar Jessie, 35, was charged with a family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support and criminal domestic violence.

S.C. Highway Patrol

James Willard Lucas, 51,was charged with driving under the influence and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Newberry Police

April Latoya Eigner, 27, was charged with financial transaction card fraud value $500 or less in a six month period.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Benji Cromer, 38, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, littering, possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Leviall Wells, 37, was charged with transport alcohol in motor vehicle with seal broken, failure to stop for a blue light, driving under suspension, open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

James Daniel Bradley, 32, was charged with petit or simple larceny.

Whitmire Police

Kristin Nicole Harmon, 27, was charged with criminal domestic violence.
