Little Mountain council member Melvin Bowers was sworn in Tuesday night at the Little Mountain Town Council regular meeting by Judge Art Jayroe. Bowers will serve another four years and was also re-elected unanimously by town council members to serve as Mayor Pro Tem. Until the town elects a new mayor, Bowers will take up the mayoral duties until the special election April 2.
Little Mountain council member Susan Epting was sworn in Tuesday night at the Little Mountain Town Council regular meeting by Judge Art Jayroe. This is Epting's first term and she replaced council member Roxie Derrick who decided not to serve again.
