Timothy Cromer, 45, was charged with a family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.

Newberry Police

Michael C. Maybin, 30, was charged with public disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Matthew Christopher Temples, 24, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Hector Ray Snethen, 44, was charged with driving vehicle at greater speed than is reasonable under conditions, driving under suspension, and failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation.

Ella Louise Livingston, 57, was charged with shoplifting, value $2,000 or less.

Carla Quanvodka Penny, 32, was charged with giving false information to law enforcement.

Letisha Ouida Yelverton, 35, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Kadeem Rashad Johnson, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald Willis Watkins, 60, was charged with driving under suspension.

Dellbert Jameal Sulton, 23, was charged with of marijuana and failure to yield right-of-way to approaching vehicles.

Shawn Franklin Kinard, 35, was charged with two general sessions bench warrants.

Roger Kenneth Chaz Gathers, 24, was charged with disregarding stop sign, driving under suspension, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Radee Maurice Hill, 26, was charged with receiving stolen goods, value $2,000 or less.

Jannie Mae Boyd, 71, was charged with public disorderly conduct weapons, carry concealed weapon, not a pistol and littering.
