The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Debbie Vanessa Trapp, 55, was charged with driving under the influence.

Cesar Antonio Perez Vasquez was charged with driving without a license.

Newberry Police

Joseph Samuel West, 22, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Jaime Tamar Livingston, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Terrence Jerome Rice, 30, was charged with driving without a license and speeding.

James Anthony Mayers, 45, was charged with violation of city ordinance.

Jose De Jesus Rodriguez-Parga, 41, was charged with driving without a license, improper lighting (color) and failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle.

Alisa Ann Hunter, 43, was charged with breach of peace.

Tracy Hutcherson, 48, was charged with second offense criminal domestic violence.

Robert L. Samuel, 32, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Nicole Shanta Rogers, 27, was charged with criminal domestic violence.

Prosperity Police

Janice Marie Wells, 47, was charged with resisting arrest and public disorderly conduct.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Logan Elizabeth Hutto, 20, was charged with purchase or possession of beer or wine by minor and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Pauline Nicole Howell, 19, was charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle minor and purchase or possession of beer or wine by minor.

Isaac Small, 37, was charged with driving under suspension.

Shannon Dewayne Hamilton, 30, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Kendrick Lavoris Lemon, 32, was charged with failure to stop for a blue light, driving under suspension and failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation.

Janika Oriel-Shatrice Mendenhall, 26, was charged with public disorderly conduct.

Marcus Scott Stribble, 23, was charged with driving under suspension and speeding more than 25 mph over the speed limit.
