The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Lawrence Heath Mull, 31, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Newberry Police

Bobbie Lewis Epps, 42,was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

James Chistopher Bates, 36, was arrested and charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Elridge Suber, 19, was arrested and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.

Evelyn Cannon Goree, 53, was arrested and charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

S.C. Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon

Kevin Lee Fain, 24,was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Jerrold Tremayne Myers, 38, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct assault, third degree assault and battery and a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Bianca Renee Hesse, 21, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Chadrin Navatni Flemon, 25, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.

Willie Leonard Jones, 28, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation and speeding.

Randall Rashord Sims, 19, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct, receiving stolen goods, unlawful carrying of pistol weapons, pointing and presenting firearms at a person and first offense resisting arrest with a deadly weapon.

Kevin Dewayne Brock, 43, was arrested and charged with open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Adam Lamar Lingefelt, 21, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.
