The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Cortez Olcair Terry, 27,was arrested and charged with transport alcohol in motor vehicle with seal broken.

Ricardo Hentez Gantt, 25,was arrested and charged with transport alcohol in motor vehicle with seal broken and driving under suspension.

Newberry Police

Jonnie Dale Trapp, 50, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public conveyance unlawful and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Donnell Antwan Williams, 32, was arrested and charged with third or more offense of trespassing.

Tony Latrell Kinard, 30, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Nathan Charles Hogan, 26, was arrested and charged with grand larceny, value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000.

Richard Cannon, 41, was arrested and charged with three magistrate’s court bench warrants.

Frantzi Nazaire, 48, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension and speeding.

Jerry Dean Vaughn, 41, was arrested and charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.
