With an overall record of 17-13 and an in-region record of 17-11, the Wolves flipped spots with Lenoir-Rhyne, setting up an all-important match against the Bears in the quarterfinals of the Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Tournament in Brevard, N.C., at 2:30 p.m. Friday. The two teams split in the regular season, with each team winning at home.

Armstrong jumped from third to first in the rankings, with Wingate falling to second. Flagler dropped from second to third, while Tusculum and Lincoln Memorial remained in fourth and fifth. Behind L-R in sixth and Newberry in seventh are Francis Marion in eighth, Augusta State in ninth and USC Aiken in 10th.

The selection of the NCAA Tournament field of 64 teams will be announced at 10 p.m. Eastern time on Sunda on NCAA.com.
