NEWBERRY — Newberry College head wrestling coach Jason Valek is pleased to announce the Wolves will host a Season Academy for wrestlers of all ages and skill levels.
Attendees will learn fundamentals of wrestling from technique, mat strategy, mental awareness and work ethic, as well as advanced techniques which have helped Newberry become a powerhouse in the wrestling world.
The Academy will be held on three different Sundays in the months of November, December, January and February.
