The Mid-Carolina Middle School cheerleaders showed their support for breast cancer awareness month with their Rebel with a Cause motto. During October, the cheerleaders sported pink sunglasses bearing the motto, pink bandannas, pink ribbon, and a sticker they wore in honor of a friend, coach, or family member that has encountered the disease. Many of the girls wore their pink in honor of their Coach Stacy Folk, who is a three-year survivor of breast cancer.
