WHITMIRE — Is that a businessman, lawyer or principal? No, it is Charles Whitener, a successful Wolverine, delivering his first major speech in Susie Brown’s public speaking class.
Whitener certainly dressed for success as he encouraged his classmates to look at the positive aspects of Whitmire Community School.
