Cathie Scurry, 40, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Keith Anthony Guillen, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and no tag light.

Timel Jutell Mack, 22, was arrested and charged with wrong way on a one way street and driving under suspension for property tax reinstatement fee violation.

Terry Plows, 31, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, driving vehicle at greater speed than is reasonable under conditions, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation and use of license plate other than for vehicle which issued.

Rafael Antonio Perez-Ramirez, 38, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to obey traffic-control devices.

Cory John Quackerbush, 21, was arrested and charged with sewage and waste water disposal violation and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Thomas Jorge Burk-Wynn, 21, was arrested and charged with muffler violation, operating or permitting operation of vehicle which is not registered and licensed and driving under suspension.

Laura Leigh Doolittle, 39, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

James Jerome Risher, 32, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.

James Casey Gregory, 29, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Craig Stuart Huggin, 47, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Walter Hawkins, 56, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct and drinking alcoholic liquors in public conveyance unlawful.

Dalton Tyler Robinson, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shaquille Olajuwon Gartman, 17, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Jessica Ryan Epting, 29, was arrested and charged with obtaining prescription drugs, or certain drugs by fraud, deceit, or the like, unlawful prescription drugs, blank prescription and attempt and conspiracy, general provisions of the drug laws.

Lathorica Rashawn Perry, 25, was arrested and charged with fraudulent check.

Dmitri Adante Hentz, 25, was arrested and charged with alcohol / title 61, any violation where penalty is not provided.

Brad Everett Riddle, 24,was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Jennie Jones Marlowe, 38, was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence.

Bipi Batholomew Sims, 38, was arrested and charged with entering premises after warning or refusing to leave on request.

Silverio Lagunez Lopez, 52, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under influence of alcohol or drugs, upon highway and unlawful use of license or fraudulent application for license.
