The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

Jennifer Kingsmore Lindler, 34, was arrested and charged with a family court bench warrant for failure to pay child support.

Newberry Police

Kelvin Bernard Feaster, 40, was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence.

Rashad Jamal Chaney, 24, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joe Allen Nance, 56, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Bogie Baker, 55, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public, possession of marijuana and public disorderly conduct.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Cathie Scurry, 40, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

Keith Anthony Guillen, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shanna Jade Slaton, 20, was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud value more than $500 in six month period.

Michael Andre Davis, 38, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.

Dalton Tyler Robinson, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shaquille Olajuwon Gartman, 17, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Jessica Ryan Epting, 29, was arrested and charged with obtaining prescription drugs by fraud, unlawful prescription drugs, blank prescription and attempt and conspiracy, general provisions of the drug laws.
