The groom-elect is the son of James R. Neel Sr. and JoAnn B. Neel of Newberry.
The bride's maternal grandparents are Buddy and Alberta Moore. The bride's paternal grandparents are Ms. Marie Warren and the late George Warren.
The groom's maternal grandparents are Ms. Frances Boozer and the late Scott Boozer. The groom's paternal grandparents are the late Gilder M. Neel Sr. and Ms. Louise Dorroh Neel.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Clemson University. He is employed as the branch manager of Carolina First Bank in Newberry.
The bride will graduate this October from Midlands Technical College with a degree in clinical massage therapy.
She is employed as a server at Longhorn Steakhouse.
The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008 at Lake Greenwood in Chappells.
