Cox Industries of Orangeburg donated 600 tables to 47 South Carolina State Parks and scouts from all over the state assembled the tables in 60 days. WHITMIRE — Whitmire High School’s baseball team had two members make the Region I-A All-Region Baseball team. NEWBERRY — All young baseball enthusiasts are encouraged to register to play baseball and softball this summer. The City of Newberry is registering now through June 7 for those interested in playing.
