PROSPERITY — A white male between 40 and 60 years old is being sought in connection with an attempted sexual battery Friday night at a restaurant on Macedonia Church Road in Prosperity.
The suspect is described as being about 5-foot-10, medium build with short brown hair. He also had a goatee and was wearing a gray or blue shirt and blue jeans.
Investigators said the man entered the restaurant and ordered food. The suspect grabbed the waitress on her breast and made sexual advances at her. After she grabbed her cell phone, the suspect left the business driving a gold late model 1990’s model GMC extended cab pick-up truck.
