Pets of the Week

Sammy, or Sam for short, is just beautiful. He is about 10-12 months old and a Golden Retriever/Spaniel mix, heartworm negative, leash broken and likes other dogs. He is a stocky little fellow and weighs about 30-35 pounds. Sam enjoys taking walks with the volunteers and really loves laying in the grass for his belly rubs. He is quiet and easy going but still loves to play and would do great with a family that can give him lots of attention and time to play. Hurry because with that baby face he shouldn’t be here long.

This handsome little man is Bugsy and he is a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie/Shih Tzu Mix. He is about one-year-old, heartworm negative, leash broken, already neutered and house trained. Bugsy is very loving and loves attention. He is still very young and loves to play a lot; we think he would do great in a home with other animals and children. He has also recently had himself groomed. When Bugsy is standing you can notice that his feet and legs hold the shape of a heart. So come out and visit him because anyone who meets him will just fall in love. Let’s get him a forever home

For more information and to adopt please visit Newberry Animal Care and Control at 11494 S.C. Hwy 34, Newberry or call 321-2185.
