During the week of Oct. 15-19, Mid-Carolina High School Junior Beta Club students raised money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes research. The Mid-Carolina High chapter of Junior Beta Club is very active in service projects throughout the school year. Juvenile Diabetes research is a cause that is special to the club, and more than 80 percent of JDRF’s expenditures directly support research and research-related education.
