Brennan Jay Valenti, 22, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and littering.
Newberry Police
John Russell Hawkins, 27, swindling.
Rosalio Dela Cruz Garcia, 39, shoplifting and criminal conspiracy.
Tammy M. Barghouthi, 43, shoplifting, criminal conspiracy and obstructing justice.
Joyce Elizabeth Beverly, 28, shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and possession of marijuana.
Newberry County Sheriff’s Office
Jamal Rolando Boyd, 26, magistrate’s court bench warrant.
Roscoe Roy Moore, 47, four counts of fraudulent check, or stop payment.
