The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Kimberly Dawn Maples, 43, was charged with driving under the influence.

Lorenzo Nunez, 38, was charged with driving without a license.

Newberry Police

Charles Dwayne Levy, 45, was charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

John Earl Bates, 23, was charged with a violation of city ordinance.

Robert Markee Goree, 29, was charged with driving under suspension and child passenger restraint system article violation.

Lynette Faye Caldwell, 59, was charged with shoplifting.

Aaron Borris Berry, 29, was charged with driving under suspension and second degree burglary.

Tawand Roshell Sims, 32, was charged with failure to maintain proof of insurance in motor vehicle, driving under suspension and violation of city ordinance.

S.C. Probation,Pardon and Parole

Rodney Trevoir Henderson, 25, was charged with two violation of probation warrants.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Robert Lewis Hentz, 53, was charged with second offense criminal domestic violence.

Leslie Diane Davis, 52, was charged with third offense criminal domestic violence.

Karl Raphael Fields, 52, was charged with failure to return driver’s license after notice of suspension, cancellation or revocation and driving under suspension.

Christopher Joseph Yarbrough, 41, was charged with violation of court order of protection.

Timothy Cromer, 45, was charged with transport alcohol in motor vehicle with seal broken and trespassing upon railroad tracks.

Christopher David Robertson, 17, was charged with unlawful sell, furnish, give, distribute, purchase for or provide tobacco product to minor under age 18, pedestrian on controlled access highway and public disorderly conduct.

Christopher Allan Robertson, 17, unlawful sell, furnish, give, distribute, purchase for or provide tobacco product to minor under age 18, pedestrian on controlled access highway, public disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Whitmire Police

Paris Antwoin Bailey, 27, was charged with third degree assault and battery.
