The following persons were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

Newberry Police

Jonathan Anthony Serio, 27, was arrested and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.

Sheila Afriraca Ford, 41, was arrested and charged with bank card fraud.

Ezzie Eastoner Small, 28, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.

Dedrick Bernard Watts, 19, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving under suspension and failure to return license after notice or suspension.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Department

Eric Logan Smith, 17, was arrested and charged with assault and battery in the third degree.

Jason Lowell Bray, 25, was arrested and charged with assault and battery third degree assault.

Christopher David Allen Robertson, 17, was arrested and charged with stopping, standing or parking prohibited on state highway and littering.

Jannie Mae Boyd, 71, was arrested and charged with magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Darrell Hawkins, 52, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs upon highway and public disorderly conduct.

Thomas Wright Carroll, 54, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs and transporting alcohol in vehicle.

Reuben Manzanares Morales, 37, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Clifton Duane Long, 28, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Garrett Clay Shealy, 23, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs.
