The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Paulette Marie Faile, 47, was arrested and charged with felony driving under the influence with great bodily injury.

Newberry Police

James Shealy Wilson, 54, was arrested and charged with violation of city ordinance.

Timel Jutell Mack, 22,was arrested and charged with driving under suspension,and unlawful turning, turning from wrong lane or improper signal.

Jarvis Jameak Sims, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Anthony Lee Byrd, 19, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and public disorderly conduct.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Trent Jones, 24, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and public disorderly conduct.

Amanda Tillman Phillips, 31, was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.

Adam Charles Kertz, 37, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and disregarding stop sign.
