The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Teresa Diane Fox, 56, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence.

Newberry Police

Terrence Javon James, 29, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.

Howard Earl Sims, 54, was arrested and charged with non registered vehicle, failure to register or false statement and driving without a license.

S.C. Probation, Pardon and Parole

Rodrick Allen Nollen, 24,was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Karen Flores, 17, was arrested and charged with failure to give or giving improper signal traffic, violation of beginner permit, possession of marijuana and possession of possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Nicolas Hernandes, 19, 1was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Lee Sims. 20, was arrested and charged with of marijuana, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Felisha Floreane Fuller, 25, was arrested and charged with a magistrate’s court bench warrant.

Shawn Franklin Kinard, 33, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and open container of beer or wine in motor vehicle.

Whitmire Police

William McKinley Chick, 45, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public and public disorderly conduct.
