The following people were booked into the Newberry County Detention Center. All persons are innocent until proven guilty.

S.C. Highway Patrol

Roy Wise, 64, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.

Newberry Police

Latissiuss Davis, 39, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.

Hayley Lenna Elizabeth Lynn Ann Davis, 17, was arrested and charged with drinking alcoholic liquors in public.

S.C. Probation, Pardon and Parole

Charles Ellis, 47, was arrested and charged with violation of probation warrant.

Newberry County Sheriff’s Office

Rosa Garcia Constantino, 42, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.

Misty Brooke Anderson, 24, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, giving false information to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lonvonne Lisa Chappell, 34,was arrested and charged with driving under suspension.
