NEWBERRY — In consideration of temperature conditions this weekend and to better accommodate the grand opening of the softball stadium at the Smith Road Complex, the start time of Saturday’s baseball doubleheader between Newberry and West Alabama has been moved up an hour and will start at noon.
The 2013 season will begin at 4 p.m. Friday with Newberry’s first game of a four-game set against West Alabama.
