NEWBERRY — The 2013 Newberry County Relay For Life will be held from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. April 26 at the Newberry High School football field.
A drop-in for survivors will be held from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. the day of the event at the high school Opening ceremonies will be at 7 p.m. and the survivors lap will be at 7:15 p.m. The Luminaria Ceremony will be at 9:30 p.m.
Buses will be available for those needing help getting from the parking lots at the high school onto the field.
The fund-raising goal for this year’s event is $120,000. Sponsorships will be accepted through March 8. Forms can be found at www.RelayforLife.org/NewberrySC. Survovors can also register on that website.
