When trouble comes to the believer, the first thing to do is consider your relationship with God. If you are a child of God, nothing can take your salvation from you.

The devil wants us to think that God has not been good to us. When trouble comes, we need to have a grateful heart and thank God for His many blessings.

In time of trouble we need to run to the Lord and seek Him, not run from Him. God will speak to us in time of trouble. We can read the Bible and listen to His voice.

There are times when it seems as if God is far away, but He knows exactly what we are going through.

“But he knoweth the way that I take; when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job 23: 10

God is not trying to destroy us by allowing trouble. He is building us up. We need to turn to God in the good times, and in time of trouble.
