We should pray about everything

Jesus tells us in His Word to pray. We can pray about everything. God is always their to listen to us and He is ready to answer our prayers. It may not always be the answer we want, but God knows what is best.

We need to remember that with God nothing is impossible. No problem is too difficult, and no burden is too heavy for Him. Jesus tell us to pray for those who persecute us. We are to pray for our enemies, and we need to pray for people to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Matthew 5:44

We don’t need to expect an immediate answer, but our prayer should be “Not my will, but yours be done.” Jesus prayed to His Father, “Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless, not my will, but thine, be done.” St. Luke 22:42

We should pray about everything.
