God’s love for us is unconditional. When we do good He loves us, when we disappoint Him, He still loves us. It is so amazing that God’s love for us never changes. We can do nothing to change His love for us.

God loves us when things aren’t going our way and we begin to doubt Him. God loves us in the good times and the bad times of our lives. His love is real and will last forever.

Peter was one of Jesus’ closest disciples, yet after Jesus was arrested, Peter denied even knowing Him.

But Jesus forgave Peter when he repented and returned to Him, and Peter became one of the most powerful preachers of the Gospel.

“Then they took him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest’s house. And Peter followed afar off. And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them. But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with him. And he denied him, saying, Woman, I know him not.” Luke 22: 54-57
