NEWBERRY COUNTY — Local residents held a drive Sunday to support law enforcement officers, collecting water, sports drinks, and snacks at both the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office and Hawg Heaven.

Newberry County Sheriff Lee Foster said they were grateful to Kay Suber-Dendy and Madison Cates, who spearheaded the drive, to everyone who donated and for the outpouring of love and respect from the Newberry County community.
