NEWBERRY — Southeastern Grocers, parent company of BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys and Winn-Dixie stores, has unveiled its new Harveys Supermarket store concept in Newberry during a ribbon cutting ceremony in its former BI-LO location at 1937 Wilson Road.

The new Harveys Supermarket is focused on delivering many ways to save with “Great Low Price” items and “Low and Staying Low” deals, which together offer more than 3,000 items at reduced prices throughout the store.

The remodel is part of a 73-store conversion throughout the Southeast, spanning Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.

By listening to customers in the Newberry community, the company has tailored the new Harveys Supermarket store to the needs of the community it serves.

“We are excited for customers to get their first-look at the all-new Harveys Supermarket stores and become a part of the long and proud heritage Harveys is known for throughout the Southeast,” said Frank Archer, regional vice president for Southeastern Grocers.

Newberry customers will be able to upgrade to a Harveys Rewards + Plenti card and earn points across multiple brands. For more information, customers can visit www.harveyssupermarkets.com/plenti.
