9 a.m.-1 p.m.: The Women of Colony Lutheran Church hold their annual fall bazaar, bake and yard sale at the church, 48 Colony Church Road in Newberry. Proceeds will be used to support the missions and activities of the church. A drawing for a quilt is at 1 p.m.

Sept. 25

10:30 a.m.: Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church in Little Mountain celebrates Homecoming. The Rev. David Swygert, a retired Lutheran pastor of Ft. Mill, is the guest preacher. Ladies are asked to bring desserts.

11 a.m.: New Hope United Methodist Church in Pomaria celebrates 221 years with a Homecoming service. The Rev. Albert Cox is the guest speaker. A covered dish lunch will follow in the fellowship hall.

11 a.m.: Pomaria Lutheran Church and Saint Johns Lutheran Church hold Worship in the Park at Pomaria Roadside Park. A covered dish meal will follow the service. Bring a chair.
