Bostick shooting for starting role in Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Former Newberry Wolf and Green Bay Packers tight end Brandon Bostick made his first Lambeau Leap a few years ago after scoring a touchdown against the Philadelphia Eagles and this year he’s looking to bounce back from injury to leap forward into the Packers starting line up.With former All-Pro Jermichael Finley not returning, a spot is up for grabs and some media outlets have mentioned Bostick’s name as the top prospect to lock up that job.A foot injury shortened Bostick’s 2013 season and caused him to have surgery. During the months that followed, his weight increased, so part of Bostick’s off season involved getting back into shape.
